The location was excellent. It was very close to downtown and any other needed amenities . Miss Ann and Miss MacDonald were very professional , nice , and accommodating. They both helped with nearby recommendations and any inconveniences I had, they took immediate care of which I appreciated very much!

Views were amazing, counter staff were accommodating and very helpful. Miranda made me a little gift basket for my birthday because i mentioned it was my birthday. Free hot chocolate and coffee daily 24/7 as well as fresh water and cookies. Fun games to play in the lounge/foyer. Bar staff Erica was amazing and making drinks and her service was impeccable.

Great staff, well-appointed rooms, convenient location, great amenities. Breakfast was ok but the bar and restaurant had good food.

The staff was VERY helpful and polite. We LOVE the mattress and bedding very comfortable and slept good through the whole night.

Our 1 night stay at Sheraton Anchorage was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable on a high floor with a great view. The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful and efficient. We arrived early and our room was ready. Didn't have to wait. Dinner at the restaurant was very good with great service.

A good solid hotel of a chain with a good reputation. I chose it because of that, its location to my next activity and because other hotels nearby had inconsistent reviews. This hotel always had strong reviews, all positive.c
